Shipping Policy

Shipping of equipment will be Best Way, depending on the size and weight of the equipment and paid for by the customer. This may include USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, LTL Freight, dedicated, or other carrier. Damages to shipments must be documented with the carrier at the time of delivery and notification must be given to Ghost Strong in writing within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Damages made by the carrier must be handled by the freight carrier and are not the responsibility of Ghost Strong.

Return Policy

Returns for stock made Ghost Strong equipment will be accepted for 7 days after the customer receives the shipment. Returned items are to be in new, unused condition. After 7 days, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. Items not accepted for return are: Custom ordered / made to order products.
